Pregnancy is a very unique time in every mother’s life! Growing a tiny baby is truly a miraculous process that is sure to make your heart flutter. Many women genuinely glow during this time, and when they say they love being pregnant, I believe them. However, pregnancy also comes with its share of inconveniences and anxieties, from what to eat to concerns about baby’s health to fears of stretch marks. Having a healthy pregnancy isn’t easy! In this section I will endeavor to share the research I did during my two pregnancies so that it may help others who have the same questions.
